Page-Title-Parallax Jumps on scroll

Hello, something odd with the parallax in the page title section... It jumps a bit when you scroll the first time... it may be from the sticky header... tried on firfiox, chrome, edge... issue behaves on your demo site at http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/page title parallax.html
