We are still trying to find a more appropriate solution for this. Meanwhile, you can consider adding the following css:
[ch_pre type="css"].page-title-parallax.parallax img {
max-width: none;
}[/ch_pre]

We have just checked this out on an iPad Pro and it appears to be working perfectly fine for us (check the image attached). We have updated the Live Previews with the exacts codes provided to you. You can also try using:
[ch_pre type="css"].parallax-bg { max-width: none; }[/ch_pre]

Both the codes will have the same effect. This will added in the next update.

We have just checked this out and it appears to be occurring only on Android based Tablets (iPads and other touch devices work fine). We are trying to determine what is causing this issue but we are not sure about the time required to fix this as it is specifically occurring on Android based Tablets. We have checked this on iPad Pro 11 as well and it works fine for us (Image Attached). Consider clearing your Browser Cache and consider checking again. Nonetheless, we already working on a Solution which will be available by next week fixing this issue. Thanks for your Patience.

We have changed the entire parallax functionality which affects around ~200 Templates which is why there is a Delay. We will release the update related to this soon and will send you a notification once this is available. Meanwhile, you can disable the Parallax and consider using this code instead:
[ch_pre]

[/ch_pre]
