Page " jumps " in static - sticky

Question

On my sites I use static sticker . When scrolling up the page " jumps " the page quite a bit below the header . Is this also a bit softer ? Since the Page Title is obscured then equal . I also use the Theme " Porto " , as scrolls the page gently upwards under the header . Is there any solution for this ?

Hello,

We have checked out your Website and there appears to be Customized CSS/JS Code on your Website which disables the Height of the Header already added in the style.css File. You can check out the Default Demos for the Static Sticky Header: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/static-sticky.php and everything works fine.

Please consider adding the following CSS code:

#header, #header-wrap, #logo img { height: 100px !important; }
