I want to use the page pre-loader and, for testing, tried to apply it to the "index.html" demo template, as shown at your Youtube video.

``

Did not work. So, tried...

``

...and obtain a blank page before showing the page, but no pre-loader on screen, even changing data-loader number.

Could you please try it and/or show me how to make it work? (I downloaded the last version available few days ago)

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Apologies about the Inconveniences caused!

There are currently no known issues related to the Page Transitions. Can you please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this. Primarily, the Page Transitions are used only to display a Loading Animation until the window.load event. So if the Page loads faster, the Page Loading Transition Plugin would not have enough time to show the Loading Animation and display the contents on the Page quickly. The Page Transitions works fine here: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/demo-medical.html .

Hope this Helps!

Hello!

Thank you for your fast answer. Still don't have a demo page to show you (hope to have it in few days). I had a look to the example and... I see nothing on my developing computer but the cogs icon.

But tried with an old (and a bit slow) LinuxMint 20 with the hard disk working in other tasks, and was able to see it for a little moment! So, may the fast loading of these pages cause that I can't see the animation? Is there any way to force showing the animation/image at the very first moment of the page request?

Again, thank you very much for your help and good work.

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience and the Kind Words!

Unfortunately, there is no way to force this as this is triggered using JS/CSS and needs time for the assets to be available on the Page and then it gets executed. We are working on a Native Solution for this but this will be available in an Update in the near future. Meanwhile, this is currently the only way to display Page Transitions.

Hope this Helps!
