Page opens with incorrect layout-becomes correct when start to scroll

Me (Tucker Comstock) again.

http://ser2019.serendipitycostarica.com/indexser16.php is based on CANVAS index-corporate-2.html.

When page opens, content is only on left side. Scroll down, and correct layout appears:
http://ser2019.serendipitycostarica.com/indexser16.php

indexser16 is based on
http://ser2019.serendipitycostarica.com/indexser15.php -- but --
I removed the SECTION <section id="slider" class="slider-element slider-parallax swiper_wrapper full-screen clearfix"> thru </SECTION> -- eliminating the image.

Somehow, removing that section created the weird repositioning of <section id="content full-screen clearfix">, which gets good after scrolling.
All ideas appreciated.

I am complete amateur on good design.

This appears to be an issue with the extra overflow on the Header. Consider adding the following code just after the </header> Tag:
