Page moves up and down by itself

Hi there - love your template and am grateful for all of the amazing high quality work you have made available for us through the theme. I am relatively new to CSS and I was able to put together a page with your modules, however, somewhere I must have some code that I can't find that is causing the page to substantially move up and down on it's own, like it is trying to load beneath the viewfinder. Can you help point me in the right direction where to fix this? I have combed through everything and I am at a loss. It is more noticeable in Safari then Chrome, I don't know if that helps. Thank you so much.
