Page content position jumping across on scroll down

Question

First I would just to like to say great template and keep up the good work.

I have a slight issue if you can please help as I am struggling to find what is causing it.

When the page first loads the page container is in one position (Screenshot page_load_screenshot.jpg attached) which is not centred and wrong.

Upon scroll the page container corrects itself and centre's correctly (Screenshot page_scroll_screenshot.jpg attached).

Any idea what is causing the page container to not position itself correctly when first loaded?
