Owl Carousel has been abandoned and the author is recommended tiny-silder as a replacement. In the most recent version of canvas, jQuery complains:

Thank You so much for the Heads-Up on this. We will take action once we are completely sure about the migration as Owl Carousel is used everywhere in Canvas. But we will make sure that we use a replacement if the Future Updates to jQuery does not support the Owl Carousel.
