Owl Carousel clipping in index-magazine-3.html

Question

Owl Carousel is clipping at the top in index magazine 3.html when viewed on a phone vertically. This makes the text unreadable. Is there a fix?

Please also notice that the Codes for the Image in the Owl Carousel have been changed a bit:
[ch_pre]

...

[/ch_pre]
