Hello,

I think there is a bug with owl-carousel autoplay timer.

Let's say I have this carousel :

If the user waits 4000 ms before clicking on "previous" button, then it would be expected that the "autoplay timer" resets. But it doesn't.
Instead, user can see the previous image during almost 1000 ms before autoplay send to the next picture (this can be very frustrating for a user).

Is there a way to force the autoplay timer to reset when user clicks prev/next button ?

Thank you very much.

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience! We have just checked out the Codes and an example of the Carousel on Our Development Version. The autoplay timer appears to be resetting on clicking the Previous Button on our version. It would be great if you can please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with a more accurate solution for this. Thanks for your Patience.

Additionally, updating the owl carousel plugin in the js/plugins.js File should fix the issue automatically, if you have not updated yet.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
