Hellooo,
It has been fantastic to discover the JS Package Generator, and I want to know which option includes the "modal boxes", because I can not find it and if I try to obtain only with the options that I need, the model boxes does not work.
Taking advantage of the question... What is the difference to click the option "minify the javascript output" than do not click it?

The Modal Boxes are a Bootstrap Property and it is recommended that you Customize the Bootstrap Package directly from their Official Website: http://getbootstrap.com/customize/ .
Minifying the Javascript makes the File size smaller thus loading it faster, so it is recommended for Production Use. If you want to keep it developer friendly, you can keep it unchecked.
