In the faqs.html example, what do I need to do to make, for example, the item "How much money can I make?" to be initially displayed "opened" when the page loads (like if a visitor had already clicked on it)?
Open an item by default in the faqs example

Hello,
Simply add the data-state="open" Attribute to the .toggle Element. You can find more Documentation on this here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/shortcodes/toggles/ .
Hope this Helps!

Now it is displayed open, but the two icons (open and close) are displayed - only the close should be, since the toogle is already open.

Hello,
We have just checked this out and the Default Files provided with the Package appears to be working fine for us. This appears to be an issue with Customizations. Please consider checking this with the Default Files provided with the Package and see if you are facing the same issue. Thanks for your Patience.
Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
You are right! It was a typo (toogle instead of toggle) in the open icon. Sorry for that.
