Hi there, very often video background is not loading fully on page like op-html5-video-light.html

How to fix this?
In example i'm used original your .HTML template without any modifications.

This issue happens also on IE https://i.gyazo.com/60c24f002294e7528d1ca117d1c566e1.png , can you please test it local on your PC?
P.S. i don't have live URL, because i'm starting develop website on local.

Some of the Features are restricted by the Browsers when viewing the HTML Files on a Local File System. Consider using a Localhost or an Online Server and you should not face these issues.

Sorry, but no. It's tested also with localhost via apache server and php-storm and issue still happen on all browsers with clear cache, tested from different PC's.
