hello, is it possible to move one page index.html outside the one page folder (after moving, the web page display blank white, thank you!

Hello,
For the One Page Templates to be used in the Root Folder you will simply need to Link the CSS/JS Files to their Appropriate Folders. So basically ../ will have to be removed and all the other URLs which point to the root directory will have to prepended with one-page/ file path.
