Hello,
We have just checked out your Website and there appears to be an issue with your include/sendemail.php File which is returning a 500 Internal Server Error. Please make sure that the PHP mail() Function or SMTP Function has been installed on your Web Servers. You can contact your Web Hosting provider to check this and install it for you. This will automatically solve this issue for your Contact Form.
