Offline and online style mismatch

Hi, I am using the one page video light template and I have changed the style through the general css file as well as the one page css file. I have uploaded both of these style sheets, both of the include, images, and css file, as well as the general js file. I have booted my html file locally and it is in the format that I want it in, however when I push these changes online through FTP, it doesn't retain some of my formatting changes. One example is that I changed the team portion in the html to the div class "col_full" in order to center the team picture and the description. I changed the generic style sheet to add margins to either side, but these changes do not show up in the online version. Please help, and thank you.

The formatting is correct in internet explorer, so I tried adding this to the top of the html:

but no changes were made to chrome.
