Not able to Upload the file

Question

Hello, I tried to upload the file a multiple times on wordpress, it is getting failed. It's getting stopped at 7%.
I am really fed up of this. Please help me fix the issue or initiate a refund.

Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.

You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.

Then why is it mentioned "Multipurpose" ?

Multipurpose does not mean WordPress. It will be explicitly mentioned if it is a WordPress Theme. The Title of the Item clearly says Canvas | The Multi-Purpose HTML5 Template and it is also listed in the Site Templates/HTML category and not WordPress Category.
