New user to canvas

hello, I've been having issues trying to load the templates I purchased, I've been loading them through brackets, but is there another way to load these templates Ive bought? I moved over the folders from the latest-html folder along with the html index file I want as my option. after this failed, I also tried to move over the bootstrap and revolution slider visual but nothing changed and either way the template fails to present itself in the manner it was supposed to. do I have to download bootstrap onto my pc specifically?

Hello,

Based on the error, it appears the CSS/JS Files do not exist in their proper location. Please make sure that all the css, js or image files are added to their correct locations as provided in the Package.
