New install, can't see template

Hello,

I have recently purchased the Canvas theme and I've had a look at the documentation. I have carried over the required folders + files mentioned in the documentation into my own project folder. I have replaced the existing HTML codebase of index.html with the code of op-carousel.html, because I would like to work on it, however I haven't changed the index.html file name. I believe I have referenced the CSS files properly, I have also included the onepage.css file into my CSS folder however the result of the webpage either shows nothing at all or simple barebones HTML. The first outcome occurs if I include "../" before the style.css href but if I remove the ".//" then I'll only be able to see the HTML version of the site.

Why does it do this and how would I go about fixing it? Thanks for Reading.

Thanks for your response, fortunately I've managed to fix the issue. For those struggling with the same issue it was caused by the JavaScript path being incorrect. By correcting the JS path in your index.html file you will be able to see your page.
