Hello,

I ned your help as I'm haviing some issues while I'm trying to implement my template in my website forums.

It seems its an issue with a JS as when I try to open a thread in my forum the WYSIWYG editor doesn't show.

You can test it here:
https://mundoregio.com/foro/forum/2-a-test-forum/
canvassupport
@T3st7410!

Please click on the Start New Topic blue button and you will not be able to see the box to write or start the thread, but when you try to answer any other topic, then you will see the box.

Thanks for your help!

Jesus

Hello? Anyone?

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience!

We have checked this out and the issue is actually not related to Canvas but related to this File: https://mundoregio.com/foro/uploads/javascript_global/root_library.js which causes a JS Error on the Page: https://mundoregio.com/foro/forum/2-a-test-forum/?do=add resulting in this issue. However, on the Add Reply Form, this does not cause an issue.

So this is an issue due to Customizations. Please consider checking this. Hope this Helps.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Hello,

There are many Customized Codes on the Page, so it is currently not within our Support Scope to go through the entire code. However, we can confirm that this issue is not related to Canvas's Codes. The error/issue is coming from the foro/uploads/javascript_global/root_library.js File. You can check more on these errors in your Browser’s Developer Console.

Hope this Helps!
