Navigation sub menu open up on drag gesture

Hi Dev

I have come across a navigation issue on mobile.
When user click and drag the menu, it suppose to move with the drag, instead the menu open up when user let go the drag.
The problem is something similar to http://support.semicolonweb.com/forums/topic/primary-menu-show-subitems-on-pulling-down-on-mobile-devices/. However the solution you provide there is not 100% working. The navigation arrow become dislocate on desktop view and the clicking experience on mobile is not as smooth as it would jump all over the page.

Can you have a loook at http://portotheme.com/html/porto/7.6.0/elements.html. The mobile navigation there is fine.
