Hello,
I have two problems about navigation menu while mobile mode.
First , the top account icon down to second row.
Second, the sub menu titles overlap to each other.

We have checked out your Website and most of the issues are related to Customization. Also, please consider checking your codes as there are multiple HTML Validation errors: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fnew.codingapeschool.com%2Fcamps-appinventor on the Page which could be the cause of many issues. Fixing them should fix most of the issues, but if not, let us know and we will definitely check further for you.
Also the Top Account Icon you are using is incorrect and customized which is why it is not working properly. The Top Account icon is used in the profile.html Template with the following code:
