Hello.

I purchased Canvas a number of months ago, and renewed my support back in March. Thanks for a great template.

[sb_private_reply]I had been corresponding with you via email regarding an issue I was having, but I have not heard back from you in over a month (3/16/2016 was the last email from you).[/sb_private_reply] To recap, the issue was that on Apple devices, none of my navigation bar links work unless I place a hashtag (#) character at the end.

In our email correspondence, I had set up a password protected staging area where you could see the issue. Can you take a look and let me know how to address?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

[sb_private_reply]We Really Apologize about the Delay in Replying to your Emails. We will ensure that you do not have to face any more delays.[/sb_private_reply]

We have just checked out your Website and there does seem to be an issue with the Links without #. We have also found that there is a duplicate ID on the Page: #search-query. Please make the Second #search-query to #search-query-2.

Additionally, can you please consider adding the .no-transition Class to the <body> Tag and check if this fixes the issue.

Please let us know about this so that we can investigate further. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Hello.

I renamed the duplicate ID as instructed. That alone did not correct the problem. Adding the ".no-transition" class does seem to address the issue, though. I have posted a version with the class added to that same staging server for your review. Our strong preference would be to keep the page transitions, though, so please let me know what you find.

Thank you.

Hello,

We have been extensively checking this out for you and have finally found out the issue. The data-speed-out="0" is the culprit. Change this to data-speed-out="50" and this will solve this issue. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Thank you. That appears to have resolved the issue.
