Navigation Javascript not working

Question

Hi,

I've referenced all the javascript and css files correctly, but I'm not sure why the font colour of my navigation bar doesn't changes color before and after page scroll. I'm using the same template as your index.html file (dark theme), but the ul class of "sf-js-enabled" doesn't seem to be working. The text on my nav bar appears too dark and not visible, remaining as the same color as what it should be after page scroll.

Could you please advise on this?
