Hi, where can I get this folder?
I have downloaded the file several times but I still haven't found this folder and I would really like to set up a niche site.

My Download doesn't have the Folder with the names: demo-{niche}.html

Hello,
The demo-{niche}.html is not a Folder but a File. You will need to replace the {niche} with the actual name of the Demo you would like to use. Suppose, if you are planning to use the coworking Demo, the name of the File would be demo-coworking.html and the Actual Folder for all the Files related to this Demo would be demos/coworking/ Folder.
