Modal loads once, and whether the user clicks "Don't Show me Again" or not, the modal does not load again.
Expected result:
If the user does not click "Don't Show me Again" the modal should show on page refresh or on switching to another page.
Please advise.

Thanks for reporting this. Currently, the Modal on Load (Cookies) will use the Cookies functionality whenever the Modal is closed, regardless of the Close Button or the "Dont show me again" link. We will rectify this and release an updated version with Cookies functionality applying only on the "Dont show me again" link in the next update. Thanks for your Patience.
