I have chosen the one-page/index.html as the template for my website. After some editing of the content, I tried to include the large modal code taken from modal-popovers.html. I copied and pasted this piece of code in the code of my one-page website. Viewing the result in my browser via the local server (XAMMP), it does not react in the same way as the example in modal-popovers.html does. The modal is not fully shown, the whole page including the pop-up gets a grey overlay and the page gets stuck. You have to reload it to get rid of the grey overlay and pop-up. If I compare the code for modal-popovers.html and for the one-page.html there seems not to be a essential difference in the links to CSS files in the headers, or links to the necessary jquery scripts at the end of the codes.
What do I do wrong?

Hello,
Please make sure that the .modal Container is added anywhere inside the #content Area. Additionally, if you are still facing this issue, then please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with a more accurate solution for this. Thanks for your Patience.
Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
Thank you for your answer. In the meantime I have resplved the problem, but I do not understand why in certain cases the modal functions properly and in other cases not. For example the code in the attached document test1.txt does not function, and that in test2.txt does. Probably because the code for the modal in test2.txt is outside the div with class "section nomargin".
Can you explain the different behavior?
