Hi
Our application is using Canvas Theme 5
When we submit data from a Modal (form) it loose the Carriage Returns and Line Breaks when entered into the database table.
Would you check the uploaded file 21091101-SC.txt and advise if it has any issues.

We are not sure what causes this issue but it is definitely not due to the Default Templates provided with Canvas and might be arising due to the Custom Codes.
We Apologize for the Inconveniences, however, we currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy . You will need to manually fix this or Hire a Freelancer to help you out.
