Modal and Popups ups not working

Question

I am using a modal on a webpage I am working on. It works great in all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). However, the modal does not work on Internet explorer 11. I am aware that later this month Explorer will become unsupported by Microsoft (thankfully). However, there may still be a small percentage of users using it. So, as much as it pains me to ask, do you know of a fix to get the modal to appear in Internet Explorer? Thanks for your help.

Just FYI, I tested the modals active on the canvas site in Internet Explorer and they too do not work.

Hello,

Apologies for the Inconveniences caused! Since Canvas is built on Bootstrap 5, IE11 and below are currently not supported as Bootstrap 5 have removed support for this. Bootstrap 4.x still includes Support for IE11, so if you would like, we can send you the Canvas Package that includes Bootstrap 4.
