Hello,
Can you please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with a more accurate solution for this. Thanks for your Patience.
Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
Hello,
We have just checked out your Website on iPhone 6s and it seems to be working fine for us. However, it is very slow: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gakopoulos.com%2F&tab=mobile but it is not related to the Template Files but your Web Server settings and Image Optimization. Please consider applying the suggestions, suggested in the Documentation > Start > Optimization Tips Section which will surely help in speeding up your website.
This will definitely work fine. Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.
Tested in more than one mobile devices and it doesnt load sorry (iphone 6, samsung s7 samsung j5). I can optimize images if they are too heavy on load and test on gt metrix but still loads for ever. This is not normal.
Hello,
We have just checked it out again and it appears to be working fine for us. Here is a Screenshot from an iPhone 6s: https://www.dropbox.com/s/b6sgr1fnfwvgsk7/Photo%2022-07-16%2C%202%2028%2038%20AM.png?dl=0 . Please consider adding the data-loader-timeout="4000" Attribute to the <body> Tag to timeout the Page Transition in 4 Seconds.
Do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas. Thanks. :)
Changed my index.html optiized images added <body class="stretched" data-loader-timeout=”4000″> and still the same :(
Hello,
It still appears to be working fine for us. However, the Quotes of the data-loader-timeout Values appears to be unformatted which is becomes invalid HTML and is therefore causing an issue. Check out the Screenshot we have attached. Please fix the quotes and the data-loader-timeout will start working properly.
Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.
it appears ok now thank you very much. Let me test and talk again
