Hi,
I can't get our logo to appear on the mobile site www.ukflyscreens.co.uk, please can you assist us?

Hello,

We have checked out your Website and the .retina-logo Image does not exist in your #logo DIV which is why the Logo is not visible on Mobile/Retina Devices. Make sure that you are using the Default Code Structure for the Logo Section:
[ch_pre]

[

attachment
](index.html)

attachment

[/ch_pre]

This will automatically fix the issues. Hope this Helps!

Hi,

Thank you for the reply, just to confirm do we put thiscode into the head section of each page?

Hello,

You will need to simply change the existing #logo Codes on your Page with the above codes by adding a Retina Logo which will display on all Devices. And yes, this code needs to be added on every page.

Hope this Helps!

Hi,

I added the code to the homepage and the logo shows on the mobile version but it affects the layout of the desktop version as shown in the attachment?

Hello,

This should never happen as the Default Template provided with the Package uses the exact codes. Please make sure that you are checking your Website on the Validator: https://validator.w3.org/ for any Unclosed HTML Tags. If there are any specific issues related to this then simply fixing the Unclosed HTML Tags will automatically fix this header issue.

Hope this Helps!
