Mobile header menu not closing on mobile.

Question

I'm having a problem with the header menu on mobile devices. When I refresh the page, I can open and close it just fine. However, when I change pages using the menu links, the hamburger button stops responding. I added .one-page-menu to my #primary-menu > ul element so that the menu closes when a new link is clicked. However, on the next page, the menu can no longer be opened at all using the hamburger button.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?
