Apologies but I just purchased the Canvas template, and in attempting to access it realized I do not have the necessary skills to build a website. (I should not have been on Theme Forest to begin with.) Is there any chance I can get a refund on the item?

Unfortunately, your reason does not comply with the Refund Policy and we do not provide refunds for mistaken purchases that have been downloaded. Additionally, we really don't know what is true anymore since your Website: https://www.heylarabee.com/ already uses Canvas.
