Mistakenly bought CANVAS 7 theme believing it to be a Wordpress theme.

Hi

I mistakenly purchased this theme, believing it to be a WordPress theme. I wanted to replace my existing Hostiko theme with something I thought was better and more flexible.
After a day of failed attempts at installation, I delved into the documents and realised my error.

I am asking you to kindly issue a refund so that I may buy another theme more suited to WordPress.

The alternative could be your support person spending maybe 40 minutes showing me how to install and activate this on a non-WordPress site so that I can see how it works and how I would be able to manage, maintain and update a site with it.
