Mistaken Purchase and I need your help

Hello,

After looking at all of your wonderful demos and thinking this was a WordPress theme I purchased it.

Could you help me with a refund. I read your other comment forum where you were not giving refunds but I do not know what to do with this template as I only work in WordPress.

I also wanted to congratulate you on how many sales you have made and this is also the main reason I purchased the template thinking it was a WordPress theme.

Do you have any plans on making this a WordPress theme? I am requesting a refund as I will never use this template since I don't know how to do any HTML.

Plus I needed to add that I only use WordPress plugins, so any type of coding or anything related to making this template work has me stuck. My apologizes but I feel terrible that I purchased this without realizing it is not a WordPress template, but after looking at all your functionalities - which is impressive - I thought it was a WordPress template.

Could I offer a suggestion. Place a huge banner on your sales page saying this is not a WordPress template. It took me months just to get that money to buy this template.

We really appreciate your Kind Words! :) And Apologize about the Inconveniences caused!

However, we currently do not provide Refunds for Mistaken Purchases that have been Downloaded as it is against the Item Refund Policy and to prevent Piracy.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have any Plans to place a Huge Banner on our Item Description page as Canvas is listed in the Site-Templates Category and also the Title of the Item clearly says that it is an HTML5 Template.

We have plans to release Canvas in the Near Future and will send you an Email Notification once it is available.

Thank you for your reply but it doesn't help. First off I am not a pirate. I will never use this template as I have stated that I am a WordPress user. It still may be a good idea to have a banner since a lot of people in your comments forum also have had the same issue. We see a well made template with a lot of sales and think that it is a WordPress template without doing further investigation.

To put it plainly it is a human mistake.

Again your template design and structure is excellent, but I still do not know what to do with it since I am a WordPress user. I wish I knew what I could use it for.

Since I did mention before that I use a lot of WordPress plugins and I really don't need to know code at all.

I'll just convert it to a wordpress theme.
