Hello,
There is a folder called “Revolution Slider Visual Editor” with an html document for downloading this asset. When I open the html doc I just get a message that says I do not have a license (which I do). There is another folder with PSD files that is set up the same way and it worked perfectly.
can you help me with the Revolution Slider Visual Editor?

Simply Refresh or Hard Refresh the Page and this error message should disappear and display the Download Links.
