missing forms/ documentation

Can't find the quick contact or send-email.php in the documentation.index changelog files
Could you please give me very clear directions on where to find them? Thank you!!

My website isn't up to check because I can't finish it!

p.s. I saw this answer to someone else below, but I couldn't find the above files there either....
Seems like file names don't match your documentation names. Is mailers.php the same as mail.php?
Really need help finding all of these files - getting frustrating.

Hello,

The Latest Version of Canvas does not include the sendemail.php or the Old PHP Files anymore. In the Latest Versions of Canvas, the Form uses the new and more advanced include/form.php File. Complete updated Documentation for Forms can be found here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/ .
