is there a way to make the menu toggle on click instead of hover.

Hello,

Unfortunately this is currently not supported by the Superfish JS Plugin. We will surely add this feature in Our Updates once we are completely sure about this functionality and its uniform working on all devices.

Thank you for your response, Do you think if i hard coded the JS into the menu will effect the styling or some features in it.

This is Definitely Possible, however please make sure that you have disabled the SEMICOLON.header.superfish(); Functionality in the js/functions.js File.
