Menu (especially in MegaMenu mode) flashes or drops

Question

Using your hosted theme, if I refresh the page, move my cursor over to Shortcodes, the menu pops up.
Then as I quickly move my cursor over the menu to 'Heading Styles' the menu disappears and reappears again!
But it doesn't always re-appear. Some times its gone and I have to start all over.

If I move my cursor over slowly, then the problem does not occur. It's happening to our website as well.
This is happening both on Edge 10 and Chrome for Windows 10.

Can you help?

Frankly, I'm unsure why everyone isn't complaining about this. It's extremely annoying and happening on the sample websites.
