Hello guys,
For some reason, my menu buttons don't work on desktop view (works fine on mobile). I have looked at everything possible and can't seem to find the problem. Here's the link: https://www.aftershock.co.za/approvals/hammer/. Try to click on the CONTACT button which is the only other page I uploaded thus far.

I use Chrome. What am I doing wrong? Would appreciate your earliest response. Thank you.

Hello,

Apologies about the Inconveniences caused and Thanks for your Patience!

We have been checking your Page for quite some time now, however, we unfortunately cannot find what is causing this issue. What we know at the moment is that the issue is because of the Page Transition functionality and the Menu Links works fine when the Page Transition is disabled. Simply try adding the .no-transition Class to the <body> Tag and this should fix the issue.

Also, we would like to confirm that this issue is not because of the Canvas Template but due to the Customized Codes on the Page as all the other pages work perfectly fine with the Page Transitions enabled except this. So we would recommend you to consider building this Page again from scratch using the Default Files within the Package. Meanwhile, we will continue to check the Codes on this Page and will get back with you shortly in regard to the exact issue on the Page.

Thanks for your Patience.

Do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Hello,

Okay here is the issue! The css/animate.css CSS File Linking is missing from the Page which handles the Page Transition:

-

So this indeed proves that the issue was due to the Customized Codes. We would recommended you to disable the Page Transitions if you would not like to use the Animate.css Library. But adding the above code back to your Page will fix your issue.

Hope this Helps!

Guys, I can't thank you enough! No wonder I couldn't figure out why it wasn't clicking because I didn't know the page changes had a transition - would never have thought to look there. I have opted for .no-transition instead and all is working as per your instructions. THANK YOU!
