Hello Guys
So, we have a weird issue with a hamburger menu that we just cant resolve.
ISSUE 1
When we tested this in developer view on Google, the hamburger menu is clickable and works / expands the menu.
However, on an actual iPhone 12 mobile device, this does not work. All our other pages work perfectly fine, but just not the index page. It works "ok" on iPhone 8 Plus along with some other phones, but not on iPhone 12. To further fine tune the issue, we discovered that it seems to be a setting issue with iPhone 12. Under DISPLAY & BRIGHTNESS, if you set your phone to DISPLAY ZOOM (activated), then the hamburger menu doesn't work. If it is set on STANDARD, then it works (screenshot attached).
ISSUE 2
Furthermore, if you scroll down on the page, the READ MORE buttons on the HOME PAGE below the news articles, we have the same problem as per above. Doesn't work on the iPhone 12.
ISSUE 3
On mobile view, whenever there's a drop-down menu available under a main menu, the visitors are forced to click on the arrow to expand. I would like to change this to expand the submenu / drop down menu when you click on the main menu item itself (i.e. like the menu items without drop-downs). Screenshot attached. It's more natural to be able to click on the menu item than only on the arrow. How can I affect this?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Kind regards
Rosika
