I would love to use menu-9 style (http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/menu-9.php) but I have a question - The menu link can be in the center just like the Logo? How to center the menu links? Another question: Is it possible to have this menu-9 to be sticky on mobile?

This is Definitely Possible! An example for this has already been included with Canvas: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/index-blog.php . Please check out the index-blog.html Template in the Package/HTML Folder.
Simply add the .sticky-responsive-menu Class to the <body> Tag to make the Menu Sticky.

I was wondering the same thing and found this. I would also like to know if there is a way to make the logo also be sticky but become smaller as the user scrolls past the top of the page.

Unfortunately, Sticky Logo is not supported on this Menu Layout. We will definitely try working on possible solution for this and release an update.
