Hi,
We have a website developed using Canvas 5.9 and it is working fine on Windows and Android, but when running it on Ipad [IOS9] the Mega Menu opens and remains open. Is there any known issue with older IOS systems and Mega Menu? Safari is set to run Javascript though.

Anybody having any issues or rather, knows the solution to running Mega Menu on Ipads?

Apologies about the Inconveniences caused!
However, we currently do not own a Physical iOS 9 device due to which we cannot check this out. Additionally, everything is updated to the Latest Versions including the 3rd Party Plugins which might cause this or the iOS9 device does not support the Latest Bootstraps. It is very hard to confirm this. It is highly recommended to update to the Latest OS Versions to avoid unexpected issues. Meanwhile, we will definitely try to find the root cause for this issue and update you on this. Thanks for your Patience.

As much as I would like to update to the latest, IOS does not allow for upgrading beyond version 9 on the older Ipads. I will need to get someone with a newer Ipad to check if the same issue appears on the higher versions of IOS.
