Medical Template Form Bug

I'm reskinning the medical template, and have a problem with the form not processing or displaying unprocessed result text.

The demo on your website has a contact form. This form does not work, not on your demo, not on my website.

I have opened two tickets on this issue and had both of them marked resolved when it is not.

I was really impressed with the support here in the past, that's why I bought another support license.

Support has really gone downhill this last month, is this something that will improve?

Dont just brush me aside with copy-pasted apologies please, do you have plans to improve the response times?

note: I have removed the javascript block as instructed, and added the contact-widget class to the form tag - this causes the form to just forward to the processing page.

I'm going to take the custom form you have put into the medical demo and replace it with a standard form, maybe you should do the same.

Thank you for answering my questions regarding the support, I appreciate you candour.

Maybe stop relying on the Envato OAuth if it is so unreliable.
