Hello,
We have tried your Exact Codes on Our Development Files and everything appears to be working perfectly fine for us (image attached). We suspect that the issue is related to Customized Codes. You can also consider checking your Maps JS Code with the Default Files in the Package and everything should work fine. So the issue is not with the Template Files but due to some customization. Please make sure that you are using the Default Codes as provided with the Package.
