Map in Header

Question

Hi there,

I was wondering whether it would be possible to have a full width map in the header (for example: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/header-transparent.php). Instead of the image, using a map. This could be where a slider would be. I really need to be able to put a full width map directly underneath the map, and if it could be in the same format as the header-transparent page with a map instead of image that would be really useful.

Is this possible?

Typo need to be able to put a full width map directly underneath the menu
