MAKE THE FORM TO SUBMIT INFO

Hi there
I've been trying out and following all the steps to make the form to work and I'm not sure what I am missing.
Can you please send me the steps (and files) I need to modify in order to make the form to submit the info to my email?

Also, what do I need to do to make the link secure (HTTPS)

Hello,

We have just checked out your Website and the include/form.php File appears to be returning a 500 Internal Server Error: http://www.culturallycreative.ca/Test-With-Form/include/form.php . It appears that your Server's PHP version is less than 5.6. Please make sure that you upgrade your Server's PHP engine to latest version and this issue should be resolved automatically.

  1. Please consider checking out the Documentation > Forms Section for complete instruction on how to Edit the Form.

  2. You will need to your Web Hosting Provider to install SSL for you so that your use your Website using https.

Thank you for your email. I have upgrade my PHP server to 7.1
Now it shows an [ERROR] and honestly I'm not sure how to make it work.
Any clear help will be very much appreciated

Hello,

The issues you are facing are not related to the Template but your Servers. The errors clearly suggests that: SMTP connect() failed which could be caused due to several reasons. Some possible reasons are: 

- Wrong Username and Password given in SMTP Authentication

- SMTP port blocked on your Mail Server Firewalls

- SSL/TLS not supported on your mail servers

- Security Restrictions by 3rd Party Servers such as Gmail or Email Apps

Fixing the above possible errors should automatically fix your issues.

Thank you for your help.
Finally I was able to make the form to work and send the info to my account with all the info, except if they attach a file.
When an attachment is done I get the warning ' Could not instantiate mail function'
Am I missing something else?
