I have an animated SVG that I have replaced the spinner preloader with, I would like to do a setTimeout to force the animation to show up at least until it finishes one animation 2300ms, I know where the preloader is being called in the functions.js file but cannot seem to get the preloader to remain on screen until the end of the animation.

Unfortunately this is not supported since this is not the Default Functionality of this Feature. Preloaders are shown only till the Page Content gets loaded. There is a Setting to timeout the Preloader but unfortunately there is no way to force it to remain on the Page for a specific duration.
