Hi,
How do I get the the menu to not resize - and open initially at the smaller size ?
I would like to have the menu permanently at the minimised size that you get when you start scrolling, so the page would load initially with the smaller size menu.
I've been playing with it but I can't get it to work well with the slider.

Simply use this Header Height Generator: http://support.semicolonweb.com/header-height-css-generator/ to generate the CSS Codes and use them to make the Header Height the same in both Non-Sticky and Sticky States.
This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!
