This File returning a 500 Internal Server Error which leads us to believe that this is a Server Error. Please consider adding the following code at the very top of your include/subscribe.php File:
error_reporting(E_ALL);which should display all the possible errors. Please notify us about the Error Message you see, after going through the process above, so that we can provide you with more assistance on this.
Additionally, we noticed that there are some HTML Validation Errors on your Website: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fbvarms.com%2Fv3%2F which could cause unexpected issues in the Future which is why these should be promptly resolved.

Had already addederror_reporting (E_ALL);
Returns no errors, just keeps loading.

This appears to be an issue with the Hosting Servers and not the codes. Please consider contacting your Web Hosting Providers in regard to this issue as they would be able to help you locate the exact issue.

We contacted a hostgator, a portion of the mail chimp is unaffected by them, or the problem is just loaded and nothing happens.
